Validated 360° Feedback from The Survey of Executive Leadership

Targeted 360° Feedback For Chief Executive Officers and Other Executive Leaders

Top executives often say they get limited feedback from employees of the type that will help them become better leaders. The Survey of Executive Leadership™ provides 360 feedback from multiple levels on key executive competencies including vision, organizational and marketplace awareness, and executive energy. It is one of five leadership titles in the Task Cycle Series from Clark Wilson Group. Other titles include Executive EQ, Survey of Leadership Practices, Survey of Project Leadership Practices, and Leadership in Health Services.

This survey has been validated for top executive roles through thirty years of research by the Clark Wilson Group. The leadership competencies measured in the Survey of Executive Leadership have been shown through our research to influence executive effectiveness. The section called "Personal Impact" assesses overall effectiveness and "Sources of Power" presents the respondents' perceptions of the quality of the executive's influence.

The wide and long view of the organization's role in the marketplace, and the responsibility of the executive to develop that view, are skills distinctly needed by executive leaders. The Survey of Executive Leadership addresses how well executives handle the complexities of top management. It assesses their knowledge of the environment within their organization as well as the larger market. It also looks at how well these executives develop their top staff members. In short, theSurvey of Executive Leadership measures the skills and attributes that contribute to the success of leadership.
