360 Feedback Certification, Clark Wilson Group![]()
What's in the Meaningful Measures technical manual? This 360 feedback manual is for project facilitators who have attended or will attend one of our Clark Wilson Group Certification Workshops. The user can plan and execute basic programs from this binder. For group feedback workshops on the Survey of Management Practices or the Survey of Peer Relations, we have prepared a complete Instructor Guide. All of the Clark Wilson surveys are described in this manual. While each one is unique because it measures and describes the competencies of a unique organizational role, they all have similarities as well. All Clark Wilson surveys follow the Task Cycle and each one is reported in the same format. This makes it easy for facilitators to use any or all of the surveys, once they have some mastery of any other survey. The Task Cycle® Surveys from the Clark Wilson Group use role-specific competencies that have been identified and validated over a large base of organizations. You can view these competencies by visiting the fact sheets for any of the 13 Task Cycle surveys. If your organization's competencies match part or all of these, you can capitalize on this research and be able to compare your results to a national or international norm group. The Task Cycle family of validated 360 feedback surveys is published by The Clark Wilson Group, Boulder, CO. The Task Cycle® is a registered trademark of the Clark Wilson Group.
