Leadership Development through the Mind-Body Connection
Focused Energy Balance Indicator

The Focus Energy Balance Indicator

The Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™) looks at the bridge between the physical body, the mind and behavior. The FEBI demonstrates a powerful link between movement and temperament and identifies ways that physical changes can lead to pervasive changes in human behavior--as well as the impact those physical changes can have.Focus Energy Balance Indicator

Performance Programs had the privilege of developing the online version of FEBI™ with authors Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark Kiefaber.

The four patterns and their application to personality, teams, organizations and general human behavior is addressed in detail in the book, Move to Greatness by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Betsy Wetzig. The FEBI assessment builds off the Coordination Pattern™ work of movement of co-author and researcher, Betsy Wetzig.

The FEBI™ provides a powerful way of reading and “righting” the direction and activity of teams and organizations. To learn more:
