360° Feedback: Survey of Leadership Practices![]() Targeted 360° Feedback for Managers and ExecutivesThe Survey of Leadership Practices (SLP) is a 360 feedback survey that provides the organizational leader with insight on the skills and personal attributes that will move the organization toward positive change. The Leadership Practices Task Cycle® follows the Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for more than 30 years. The Phases and Dimensions mirror the relevant activities of leadership. The section called "Residual Impact" assesses that effectiveness, and "Sources of Power" presents the respondents' perceptions of the quality of the organizational leader's influence. The phases and dimensions in the Leadership Task Cycle are grouped into three major competencies that are central to leadership: Structure, Personal Relations, and Drive.
