360 Feedback Survey of Peer Relations

Targeted 360 Feedback For Individual Contributors, Technical and Professional Specialists

The Survey of Peer Relations™ (SPR) measures the same management competencies as the Survey of Management Practices, but with the focus on the horizontal relationship between professional or technical specialists and their internal clients. SPR looks at the skills needed to work with others as an independent contributor. It evaluates the specialist's management expertise, which is as important as technical expertise on the job. The Peer Relations Task Cycle® follows the Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for 30 years.

The Phases and Dimensions measured in the Survey of Peer Relations include keeping goals clear and important, planning and problem solving, feedback and reinforcing peer performance.

A separate section, Interpersonal Relations, presents data on the specialist's working relationships. This survey shows that the individual contributor's skills have a significant impact on employee attitudes.
