Targeted 360 Feedback for Leaders of Project Teams

The Survey of Project Leadership Practices™ (PLP) identifies the competencies important for team leader effectiveness. Feedback-providers can include the leader's manager, team members, project customers, and other stakeholders. The Project Leader can enhance his or her effectiveness by strengthening the skills according to the sequence established by the Project Leadership Practices Task Cycle®. The Task Cycle Theory is based on a model that has been researched for 30 years by the Clark Wilson Group.

A Project Leader's competencies affect coworkers' views of of the team leader and the team's overall motivation towards the project.
