Employee Opinion Survey Benchmark Norms

How do your organization's employee engagement and morale compare? PPI has developed normative data for 84 employee survey questions since 1997. Our database has morale and attitude survey responses from more than 100 companies, both domestic and international, and some items have more than 80,000 responses. You can request norms for general business, any of 11 industries, including nonprofits, or for a particular size of organization. We also have Connecticut norms. Reports include the mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and number of respondents on which the norm is based.
