Employee-Management Relations Survey

Employee Satisfaction with Management: Survey This survey finds opportunities to improve employee-management relations through coaching, training, structure, communications, and other interventions.

The questionnaire includes the items our clients have requested most since we began in 1987. The first 40 questionnaire items are standardized. You choose the last five questions. You can also select up to five demographic categories for reporting, including Department, Length of Employment with the Organization, Location and more.

This survey measures the following dimensions:

Leading by Example: What is the overall opinion of your organization's management practices and performance? Have managers earned employees' respect?

Communications/Information Exchange: Are managers providing employees with the information they need? Are policies, goals and objectives adequately communicated?

Managing Tasks : How well do your managers perform in day-to-day tasks?

Employee Support and Involvement: Are managers providing the support employees need to perform their jobs? Are managers involving employees effectively in problem-solving situations?

Managing People: Are employees treated fairly? Are they able to express their views? Do they feel respected by their managers?

Managing Performance : Do managers provide recognition of employee efforts? Do they deliver encouragement effectively? Are they skilled at developing their employees?

In addition to the survey questionnaire, PPI provides the survey printing or Internet codes, data entry or integration, comment transcription, project administration, and an overall report in one base price.
