Executive EQ Survey

360° Feedback on Emotional Intelligence for Executive Leadership

The Executive EQ survey uses the lens of Clark Wilson Group’s reliable, validated Task•Cycle® model to illustrate how well the highest level executives handle the emotional complexities of their jobs. Research is clear that the emotional intelligence of leaders has a great deal of impact on how far employees will rise to the marketplace challenges the organization faces. Thus, executives who aspire to leadership excellence must also develop emotional intelligence.

This survey integrates concepts articulated by Daniel Goleman in his breakthrough book, Emotional Intelligence (Bantam, 1995), such as self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-confidence. The EEQ is reliable and scientifically validated. All Wilson surveys are based on Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for 30 years.

Executive EQ provides competency scores on vision, organizational and marketplace awareness, self-awareness, energy, self-confidence, self-management, engagement and more. It is appropriate for anyone concerned with linking the vision of an organization to its marketplace, and who is motivated to grow and develop in emotional competency.
